• Large scale migration of three recently-acquired businesses, with 70+ stakeholders for a leading global broker
   

• Launch of a new MGA, migrating £25m+ book of business & 22 staff from an existing insurer
   

• Migration of policy & claims system to Eclipse & Guidewire for a leading Lloyd’s syndicate
   

• Delivery of a portfolio of 10+ IT infrastructure projects and initiatives utilising a 3rd party data centre provider for a leading Lloyd’s syndicate

 

Phil is well versed in delivering projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, adhering to Prince 2 utilising a matrix management structure with internal staff and 3rd party consultants and vendors.
